Return & Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products.

Return Request: Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with photos/videos.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Exchange: Subject to availability, we can provide an exchange instead of refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, sale items, and handloom variations are not eligible.
